Following a thorough search process led by our Board of Directors and Head of HR we have selected Ryan Lane as Chief Executive Officer to lead Northside into its next phase of growth and development.
Ryan is a lifelong Midwesterner with deep roots in agriculture and a strong track record of building teams, driving performance, and leading growth-focused organizations. He shares “Northside Elevator has a proven business model, evidenced by its growth in an ever-changing environment. I look forward to joining the team, learning more about successes, opportunities, and challenges we face as well as developing talent and high performing teams to support continued growth in agriculture.”
This decision reflects our commitment to the long-term future of the business. Northside has grown significantly, and we believe the time is right to add dedicated executive leadership focused fully on company execution, organizational alignment, and future growth.
As CEO, Ryan will have full responsibility for the leadership and performance of the company, including leading the organization, developing our team, and driving execution across all areas of the business.
Ted will remain actively involved as Owner, with focus on customer relationships, market insight, and supporting the continued growth of the business.
We are incredibly proud of what our employees, customers, and leadership team have built together over many years. Northside values, culture, and commitment to employees and customers will not change. Ryan will build on that strong foundation as we continue moving Northside forward together.
Ryan will begin on May 31, 2026, and Ted will work closely with him to ensure a smooth transition.
